AISDULIM stands for "African International School of Digitalization of University Libraries and Information Management." It aims to build awareness and capacity among academic staff and students about the importance of digitalizing library systems. The program also collaborates with various organizations and tech giants to provide software and infrastructure for African universities' digitalization efforts while seeking funding support from international and national agencies.

To facilitate capacity building & awareness among academic staff, students, & other stakeholders on the importance of digitalization of library & information management systems.
Formation of multi-disciplinary and inter-university research groups in different areas of digital library, Information Science, and Data Security & management at Federal University Lokoja and African Universities.
To network and collaborate with ICTP, Universities Canada, Universities UK, Association of American Universities (AAU), and Tech Giants to provide software, and infrastructure at FUL – ACCSM to serve both the academic staff and students in research institutes/Universities in Nigeria and Africa.
To leverage on the 2024 AISCSM4IR to establish partnership with Tech Giants such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, IBM for African Digital Human Capital Development in all aspects of Digital Technologies in line with AUCI targets
To use the 2024 AISCSM4IR to attract multi-year Grants/Funding from different International and National Donor/Funding Agencies to support digitalization of African universities teaching, learning, & research project
